The business purpose is: shipping and forwarding agencies, management and manning chartering consultancy, shipping registers agency, repairs, store house, import/export, surveyors, pilotage, towage and crewing.

The ITALROM is well introduced with local official bodies and operators as all Port services, Shippers, Receivers, etc.

It is a mixed capital company with two Romanian share holders and parteners that are well introduced into shipping business.
